Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to manage and grow our digital presence, drive direct bookings, and ensure all external communication reflects our 5-star brand standards.

This role is execution-focused and suited to someone who can confidently manage social media, website content, and online marketing performance while working closely with hotel operations.

Role Summary & Requirements
• Manage all hotel social media channels, ensuring consistent, professional external communication aligned with brand positioning and social media guidelines
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content (posts, stories, reels, campaigns) to promote the resort, its facilities, and special offers
• Manage, update, and continuously improve the hotel website, including content, visuals, and user journey, with a clear focus on increasing direct bookings
• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and other digital marketing activities to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth
• Track, analyse, and report on online performance across social media, website traffic, and digital campaigns, making data-driven improvements where required
• Work closely with hotel operations, F&B, spa, and sales teams to support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, or hotel marketing, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally to international markets
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
